CG & CGO 系列-針對射頻輻射電磁干擾測試場合用
電磁干擾實驗室(EMI Test Lab)必須於一定時間內檢查量測其所使用之測試環境具有測試重複性( 即每次量測之值皆需相近且在法規容許誤差值內)-如果利用傳統之量測方式( 信號產生器於各點頻率上輸出一定位準再利用前置放大器放大透過傳輸天線(不同高度及天線極性需更換量測 ) 將信號 ( 直射波及反射波 ) 傳遞到接收天線端量測出其場地之NSA ( 場地衰減值 )-依此來評估場地之環境要求是否符合法規要求--此種量測方式畢竟耗時且操作手續繁雜,而今幾乎所有實驗室皆已經使用梳型信號源或是寬頻信號源來執行此測量NSA -確實節省許多量測時間
此種梳型信號產生器主要是用於所涵蓋之量測頻率內利用基波(主頻)與一頻率間距來產生所需要信號之諧波達到輸出信號之目的-此種信號之位準式固定的,本身之供電及輸出信號能力是經由充電電池來驅動-故電池之持續能力語信號之穩定性是特別需注意的
測試工程師需於量測待測物( EUT ) 之前需確認環境設備無任何變動所量測之值是具可信的,為達到此目的工程師可將此梳型信號產生器放置於實驗室待測物放置量測位置,量測其輸出值並與先前所測到之紀錄值做比較來確定其量側重複率是否一致----不要等到待測物測完之後才發覺場地出了問題到時得發費更多時間精力來改善環境或徒勞無功盲目的修改待測物...到最後才發覺cable衰減值過大等
CGC 系列-針對傳導放射電磁干擾測試場合用
此系列之產生器原理與 CG & CGO 相同但輸出之諧波頻率是針對傳導 ( 至 30MHZ ) 領域應用-主要是用在LISN(電源阻抗模擬器)-此產生器之輸出配備有3 Pins 電源接頭能夠直接插入LISN 做測試
